Ive been using it for years now and its still working well. Havent had any major issues, so Im happy with it.

My order showed up on time and most of it was what I picked, so that part was fine. But one item was completely different from what I ordered, which added stress I wasn’t expecting to deal with. They did fix it in the end, but it was still annoying having to sort it out when I just wanted the order to be right the first time.

blue-9.com was alright to use, but I had to click around more than I wanted just to find what I needed. Some parts were straightforward, but other areas felt kind of confusing at first, which made it feel like extra work. It does the job once you get used to it, but I wish it was a little smoother and easier for first-time users

my dog uses it almost every day, and it still hasn’t cracked, gotten wobbly, or started looking beat up. i figured it would have way more scratches by now, but it’s handled the rough use well.

shipping was normal, nothing especially fast or slow. the product itself feels durable though, and i’m still happy with it.

Shipping was just okay. They made it sound like it would arrive sooner, but that didn’t happen, so it felt like another broken promise. It eventually showed up, but the wait was annoying...

I originally bought this Blue-9 Pet Products product to help with training my dog, but it’s turned into one of those things I grab for all kinds of stuff. We use it for place work, grooming, little confidence-building games, and even just giving her something to do when we’re stuck inside. It’s easy to move around, which I really appreciate. And judging by my dog’s whole attitude when I bring it out, I’m guessing she doesn’t mind it either. It’s not some flashy thing, but it’s practical and gets used a lot, so it definitely feels worth it.

I got the Blue-9 harness because my dog pulls like crazy, and I was feeling pressured to find something that actually worked before our walks became totally miserable. It took me a little bit to get the fit adjusted right, but once I did, it made a big difference. I feel like I have way better control, and it doesn’t seem to choke or bother him. Walks are definitely easier now.

Just wanted to give a quick warning for anyone thinking about buying this: the material is decent, but it definitely didn’t wow me. Some areas feel sturdy enough, while other parts feel kind of cheap, especially for the price. It does the job, so I wouldn’t say it’s terrible, but I expected better quality...

I ordered it from blue-9.com and it showed up without any issues. First impression wasn’t bad at all, it looked solid, and the material didn’t feel like no cheap flimsy stuff.

That said, I can’t say it didn’t start showing wear quick. My dog is a serious chewer, and after a couple days he had already put some marks in it.

It’s still usable for now, so it’s not like it was a total waste or nothing. But it wasn’t as tough as I was hoping, and I’m not sure I wouldn’t look for something stronger next time for my dog.

I used blue-9 to help train my dog, and it did help a bit. The steps were easy to follow, and my dog seemed to catch on to a few things faster than usual. But it definitely wasn’t some kind of magic fix, we still had to repeat stuff a LOT and some parts felt kinda basic. not bad overall, just more average than amazing for me.

I ordered my usual size and, to be fair, it fit exactly how I expected. No weird guessing or needing to size up or down, which I really appreciated

Once it’s all assembled, the product seems good!! But getting it together was definitely more of a hassle than I expected. A few parts didn’t line up perfectly, and the instructions could’ve been clearer. I managed to finish it eventually, but I did have to redo a couple steps along the way. Not the worst, just not exactly easy either!!

I’ve been using this mostly at home and, for that, it’s been totally fine. It does what I need it to do and I don’t really have any complaints when it’s just staying in one spot. The issue is more when I try to take it with me. It’s not exactly heavy, so it’s not like it’s a struggle to lift or carry for a short time, but the shape and size make it a little awkward to pack into a bag or move around casually. I was hoping it would be a bit more grab-and-go, but in practice I find myself thinking twice before bringing it along. So overall, it’s decent and works well enough, just not quite as portable as I expected.

I ordered from blue-9.com keeping it clean has been easy. It doesn’t really hold onto smells much, and I can wipe it down in about a minute after daily use. The upkeep is no big deal at all, which I really appreciate.

It works fine for the most part, but I’ve had it crash on me a few times. I can’t really pinpoint why, but my gut feeling is that it could use a bit more stability. Not a bad experience overall, just a little unpredictable.
